You can either pay in full when you book or 50% of the price with the balance due 1 week before the party date.

A £50 deposit is taken at the time of booking which is returnable when all rented items are returned in good condition. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable unless a new date can be rescheduled.

When the teepee party has been set up, we will inspect it with you to agree its excellent condition and what should be returned after the party. This will be the basis of the deposit being returned.

No unless we have agreed beforehand and they have been paid for. They will incur a cost on the deposit otherwise.

When you contact us, we can discuss any special extras which we will add to the total price.

We have several different ways of paying including bank transfer, PayPal and cash.

We serve the whole of York plus further surrounding areas at a small travel surcharge e.g. Stamford Bridge, Pocklington, Riccall, Tadcaster, Church Fenton, Ulskelf and Selby.

Set up will take up to 1.5 hours so we will need that time before the party to come to your home and work our magic. We ask that, where possible, children are not at home when we set up so they see the sleepover for the first time when it is set up.

Please ensure the area the teepees are being built is clear of furniture and not near electric points or fires.

We will agree set up times before the sleepover. Collection will be by 1:30 pm the following day.
